women’s self defense classes

Crime Stoppers and DiBenedetto's Karate are sponsoring three Women's Self Defense Classes for 2025. These classes are free and available for girls 12 years old and up!

All Classes are from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Dates and locations:
1/18: PARD1 Event Center
5/3: Hammond Recreation Center
8/9: PARD1 Gym
