Get ready for a spooooky evening on Wednesday, October 23rd, from 5 PM to 7 PM on the 100 block of North Cypress Street outside the Louisiana Children's Discovery Center in downtown Hammond! This family-friendly event invites kids, parents, caretakers and guardians to enjoy a festive night of trick-or-treating with local businesses while promoting a safe, crime-free environment.

Partnered with the Downtown Development District, Tangi Crime Stoppers, TRACC, and the Louisiana Children's Discovery Center, this event is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween, connect with the community, and kick off Red Ribbon Week. Come in costume and join us for treats, fun, and safety!
