Tangi Running Club - Amble & Ale 5k
We meet at Cate Square park and run 5k around the SLU campus. Paces range from 7min/mi to run/walk, so come one come all. When the weather is nice, it is BYOB and we move to Railroad Park. If you forget, La Carreta will serve drink in cups with lids. When the weather is not so nice, we move to a local restaurant or pub.
The Hammond Hams Running Club 2K
Tuesday at 6pm, Fayard Hall, 2 Miles. All ages and paces welcome. Smiles and miles.
