The Tangipahoa Chamber, together with our friends at the Hammond Downtown Development District, invites you to celebrate Lighthouse Coastal Brasserie with an official Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday, May 1 at 3:00 p.m. at 116 W Thomas Street in Hammond!

At Lighthouse Coastal Brasserie, a team of seasoned professionals brings together years of experience and a shared passion for culinary excellence. Saul Rubio, founder of La Carreta in 1998, offers decades of hospitality expertise and a steadfast commitment to quality. Alison Rubio, a dedicated family member and partner in several Rubio Hospitality Group ventures, contributes her operational know-how, innovative thinking, and clear vision. Chef Francisco Esqueda, who also serves as head chef and operator of Salty Joe’s BBQ in Hammond, enhances the kitchen with his creativity and mastery of global flavors. Together, their combined talents and unique perspectives shape the international, imaginative coastal cuisine that defines Lighthouse Coastal Brasserie.
